A few days ago, it was reported that Kifano “Shotti” Jordan would be looking for a new lawyer. His attorney had requested to be removed from his counsel after he was promised payment he never received.

In only a few short days, Shotti has already found himself a new representative who will try to get him out of jail in his upcoming racketeering trial.

Shotti is Tekashi 6ix9ine‘s former manager who was also busted in the same firearms and racketeering case. According to new court documents, Attorney Leemon has been replaced with James Roth, another lawyer that was present during Jordan’s initial court appearance.

“Government counsel is directed to notify Mr. Roth forthwith of this appointment and to advise him of the next scheduled conference in this case (January 22, 2019). Accordingly, Mr. Leemon is relieved as counsel,” as written in the legal documents. Trial is set to begin in September 2019 starting with Tekashi.
