The latest news pertaining to Tekashi69 is that him and his lawyer, Lance Lazarro, and his legal associate are vowing to never take a plea deal.

As of yesterday we learned that Federal Authorities were confident they had the evidence to lock 6ix9ine for good. Well, it turns out they sent a duplicate copy of their dossier to Lance Lazarro and his team, in the hopes of getting a plea deal, but Lazarro wants everyone to know, that the rapper isn’t snitching.

“A plea deal is simply off the table, even if the feds offer one,” Lazarro told TMZ. “…6ix9ine is prepared to go to trial at all costs. Becoming an informant for short-term gain would come to haunt him in his next incarnation if you will.”

The Feds reportedly have images of Tekashi tying him to a bunch of crimes in New York, but no evidence of him holding a firearm. Lazarro maintains that his client “was never part of a conspiracy, plain and simple. Nor did he ever participate in any incidents that the government has alleged.”
