Like Travis Scott promised, he’s bringing back AstroWorld to Houston, Texas. Travis announced on Twitter that his festival will be taking place on Saturday, Nov. 17, across the street from the original location of the now-defunct 1968 AstroWorld amusement park.

The rapper is also set to headline his festival and curate the lineup of artist. A full list of performers will be released in the next few weeks. David Stromberg, Travis’ manager says the entire Cactus Jack Team is very excited for the festival and plans to use this event to shine a light on Houston.

“Our ultimate goal in launching this Fest is to bring some well-deserved recognition to Travis’ hometown of Houston, the place that has made him both the man and creative artist he is today. H-Town has an incredible rich cultural history, and we look forward to showcasing to residents from Travis’ own backyard and across the globe what makes this city so special,” says Stromberg.

Early general admission passes are $89 and VIP passes start at $250 and up. General admission and VIP passes will be available for online purchase on Aug. 13 at 10 a.m. CST at Atroworldfest.com.
