Lil Wayne was booked as Cardi B’s replacement this weekend for the Panorama Festival in NYC, but plans went sideways after the rapper had some travel issues.Weezy had to cancel at last minute, causing the festival to attempt to get another replacement, but the attempt was unsuccessful. However, Janet Jackson still held down her headliner spot, and performed as scheduled for Panorama yesterday.

Cardi B had to cancel due to remaining issues after her pregnancy and not wanting to leave her new born, and Lil Wayne was left stranded at the airport because of his flight being delayed.

The festival made the announcement on Twitter when they heard news of Wayne.

Panorama later barred even more bad news as they has to cancel the entire first night of the festival because of impeding weather conditions. First night performers included Dua Lipa, The War on Drugs, Migos, The Weeknd, Father John Misty, and Yaeji.
