It’s safe to say that Jay Rock has had a successful 2018 thus far.

The TDE affiliate recently dropped his new album, Redemption, with singles “Kings Dead,” “The Bloodiest,” and “Win.”

In effort, to promote the new project, the Watts rapper made his way to Beats 1 Radio with Ebro Darden to talk about his music, growing up in South Central Los Angeles, and how it’s been working with Kendrick Lamar and J. Cole.

In related news, Jay will be hitting the road soon on “The Big Redemption Tour” with Los Angeles rapper, Reason.
