The artwork, which is an actual image of Whitney Houston’s drug filled bathroom which was published originally in 2012. Pusha T on Kanye

“They ask me specifically because everybody knows my views in regards to politics, especially for this last year: the Hillary campaign, Obama, justice reform, everything, right? […] It’s just one of many things we disagree on. We disagree all the time.”

“It’s just a stance that I have. I’m totally against it,” he said at around the 8:40 minute mark in the video above. “To me, the prison reform thing is so dear and near to me, right? It’s something I know we can’t even tackle with Trump. So, there’s nothing I even want to hear in regards to [Trump]—a point of view, anything. I’m cool. We’re at a loss already.”

Push continued: “When the conversation comes up, and [Kanye and I are] engaged in conversation, I just say what it is that I feel, regardless of what it’s about. Other than that, no, I’m not just bringing up political conversations. And he knows not to bring up political conversations with me. It’s just not happening.”

The Virginia Beach rapper said he knows the controversial comments will, undoubtedly, affect Kanye’s music. But not in a negative way.

“I do feel like it affects it in a positive way. Because I do feel like he knows that that’s one thing that better not lack.” Pusha T said around the 11:50 mark. “People are, they sniping at you. They sniping and they ready to shoot. And so that’s one thing that has always saved him in my opinion. Great music.”
