After delivering his debut EP, Write To Dream in 2017, Rob Markman is back and this time around with the music video for his track “Believe Me.”

In the video, the well respected hip-hop journalist and emcee pens out a letter to his own 15-year-old self.

“Last year was incredible for me. When I released Write To Dream, I did something that I’ve been wanting to do since I was a kid. With every accomplishment, I just thought back to my younger self, thinking “young Rob wouldn’t believe this,” Markman told Hip Hop-N-More.

“So at the end of the year I decided to write my 15-year-old self a letter and post it on Instagram. When I did that, I knew I wanted to write a song with that same inspiration. That’s how “Believe Me” was born. It’s really a dope exercise for anyone; with all that you’ve learned in life what would you tell your 15-year-old self?”
