Remember Martin Shkreli, the former CEO of Turing Pharmaceuticals AG? Most people know him as the man who owns the exclusive Wu-Tang Clan album, the man who supposedly owns Lil Wayne’s unreleased album Tha Carter V & the man who jacked up the price of a life-saving drug under the moniker, “Pharma Bro.”

Four days before the sentencing of Shkreli’s fraud case, U.S. District Judge Kiyo Matsumoto has ordered a forfeit of a few assets worth millions. Wu-Tang Clan’s $2 million Once Upon A Time In Shaolin album, $5 million in cash in a brokerage account, a Picasso painting and Tha Carter V are a few of the items Martin Shkreli will be losing from his possession.

Nothing will be seized until Shkreli has the chance to appeal. The defense is seeking no more than 18 months behind bars.
