Lonzo Ball’s more than a better-than-average rookie point guard for the Los Angeles Lakers or the son of business and parenting genius/madman Lavar Ball; he’s an aspiring rapper too (who also thinks that 21 Savage’s ISSA is better than Nas’ Illmatic, but that’s an argument for another day).

Recent releases like “Super Saiyan” and “ZO2” show glimpses of the raw talent that, like his career so far in the NBA, will develop as he continues to practice and work on his form. This summer, he’ll get the ultimate test of his abilities when he headlines his own concert in Lithuania.

According to TMZ, the 20-year-old aspiring artist (on his off days) revealed that he will be performing at his very first rap concert. The date and location have yet to be confirmed by Lonzo or anyone in his camp, but we’re willing to bet that it’s going to be huge; the Ball family is known for being extravagant, not restrained.

The announcement for the performance came on a telecast called the “M.A.M.A. Awards,” apparently, Lithuania’s equivalent to the Grammys. Lavar, who came on stage and had an awkward, silence filled exchange with the announcers and audience, showed a pre-recorded video of Lonzo revealing the news to the stunned crowd.

Check out the announcement below.
