MMG’s silent assassin Yowda is quietly making a ton of noise as of late. To close out last year, he dropped a collab project with Mozzy, which was met with a great response. This week, he returns with a gritty new single titled “Victim” featuring the recently released Kevin Gates.

“We had to push the button on this one, this is one of the only singles out there with Gates on it right now so we knew the fans would love it,” Yowda said. The Vegas rapper also spoke on his relationship with MMG and what he’s got in the works:

“It’s a lovely situation with MMG, it helps me get my foot in the door easier, but the grind is still the grind, that’s just one stepping stone up a long stairwell, you feel me?” Yowda explained. “I just came back from D.C. to welcome Fat Trel home and we worked on a reloaded version of ‘Fat & Ugly’ tape and we shot a few music videos.”
