H.E.R.
Earlier in the year, the identity of H.E.R. became public knowledge, but the work that she produced was still the bigger story. With another impressive release in Vol. 2, the RCA Records singer is now one of the go-to voices for R&B.

Brockhampton
There wasn’t any series this year more important than Saturation. Brockhampton unleashed three editions that all were must listen and carved our spaces on many year-end lists. Ensuring their spot as the best band to emerge last year.

Tee Grizzley
“First Day Out” was the single that when people heard it immediately put a stamp on Tee Grizzley as the next artist to blow and became a favorite. Perfect for everything from trunks to bottle service, Tee Grizzley had the perfect intro to the world song. What was more impressive, was the ability to follow up with a great solo effort and then partner with Lil Durk for more bangers.
