Eminem Makes History as First Artist To Have 8 Consecutive No. 1 Albums on Billboard 200 Chart

Eminem has made history with his latest album Revival.
Despite having relatively low first week sales numbers for his standards, Eminem’s aforementioned album just went number 1 making Eminem the first artist in the history of the Billboard 200 to have his/her first 8 consecutive albums land number 1 on the charts. An incredible feat, to say the least.
Moving roughly 270,000 units in the first week (197,000 of them traditional sales), Eminem was able to snag yet another number 1 album beating out the likes of Jeezy, G-Eazy, Boosie and many more.
Since 2000, Eminem has been a staple in the hip-hop world and his numbers always proved it. Congratulations to the veteran for another amazing accomplishment, and another record-breaking moment.
