HOV is back!

Saturday Night Live kicked off its 43rd season with actor Ryan Gosling and musical guest Jay-Z. In his first televised performance this year, the Hip-Hop icon performed two songs, “4:44” and “Bam” off his 13th studio album 4:44.

As Jay took the stage, he was sporting Colin Kaepernick’s jersey which read, “Colin K” and included a large number seven on the back. The “Empire State of Mind” rapper showed his support for the former San Francisco 49ers quarterback and his protest against racial inequality during the national anthem, which has recently become the subject of President Donald Trump’s tweets and criticism.
