Jess Connelly is an ethereal, soulful songstress.

Hailing from Manilla, this singer-songwriter is also the new host of MTV Philippines. She premiered the new visual for “Turn Me Down” with The Fader just last week, whom she told “The song is about the early stages of attraction.” She continues with, “When you both have an idea that you are into each other but are still trying to read the situation. The feel-good-getting-to-know-you phase.”

The daydream-inspired visual finds the artist in the midst of a solo adventure. Most of the scenic camera shots are found within a tropical island paradise, a fitting stage for Jess’ heavenly sound.
