With the song’s title and recognizable flow, it’s no secret that “Bodak Yellow” was a head-nod to Kodak Black. Cardi’s hit was inspired by his 2014 track “No Flockin,” as she revealed speaking to MTV News earlier this year, making his contribution to the remix all the more fitting. Kodak climbs aboard the track with high energy to match the Cardi-crazy the world is swooning over. Previously, Cardi B dropped a Latin-trap version of the track, proving she’s just as impressive rapping the song in Spanish.
