The FYF Fest 2017 is going down this weekend in Los Angeles, and this year, the 3-day festival brought out some of music’s biggest names, including Missy Elliott, Frank Ocean, Solange, A Tribe Called Quest and Erykah Badu.

Last night (July 21st) day 1 went underway, and the legendary hip-hop queen, Missy Misdemeanor Elliott shut it down! Fans and on-goers from all over the world gathered at the L.A. Coliseum and Exposition Park to witness the longtime hip-hop veteran perform for the first time in 10 years.

During her set, Missy not only busted out her classic moves but also performed some of our favorites from “Get Ur Freak On,” “Work It,” “Lose Control,” to “Pass That Dutch,” and “The Rain (Supa Dupa Fly).” Mid-way through the show, the legendary rapper also thanked fans for supporting her throughout these years, and dedicated the night to her longtime friend and late-R&B singer, Aaliyah when she performed “Rock The Boat.”

Beyoncé, Janet Jackson, Katy Perry, Solange, and Tyler, the Creator were also spotted in the crowd during Missy Elliott’s killer set.

Check out Missy Elliott’s performance during Day 1 at FYF Fest 2017 and be sure to be back for day 2 tonight!
