Pusha T fans have been on the edge of their seats waiting for his highly anticpated his new project, King Push, and this past weekend, the Virginia rapper made an appearance on the latest episode of “OTHERtone” to talk about the album.

Joining Pharrell and Scott Vener, he revealed new details about his next project by saying, “I’m working on my album right now, it’s entitled King Push. I just left Pharrell yesterday, so I’m just waiting on him to give me these last couple heat rocks.”

Pusha felt it was time to get back in the studio after spending much of 2016 helping Hillary Clinton with her presidential campaign.

“I spent all of 2016 trying to free my people, and we took the L on that with the Hillary campaign, it’s cool. But it’s rap time, and that’s what it is. No haircut. No face cut. No nothing. It’s just what we’re doing.”

No word yet on when the release date for King Pusha will be but we sure hope it’s soon.
