Can you believe it’s been 20 years?

On March 9th, 1997, the hip-hop world and the music industry as a whole lost one of it’s pioneers and icons — The Notorious B.I.G., also known as Biggie Smalls.

Leaving this earth at the young age of 25, Biggie was able to give the universe two albums while he was here – Ready To Die and Life After Death – that til this day, still ring off with each and every listen.

Despite only having two bodies of work (and two posthumous albums including his Greatest Hits), hip-hop fans worldwide we’re still blessed with countless bars and unmatched lyrics from one of the most authentic, fine-tuned lyricist hip-hop has ever seen. For that, we’re thankful.
