It’s GRAMMY week!

The 59th annual GRAMMYs will take place this Sunday back in Los Angeles, CA where the biggest names in music gather for a night of celebration. With the large bulk of this year’s performers revealed, we’re excited to see some artists in particular.

Cue in two-time GRAMMY nominee, Anderson .Paak.

Andy will be performing for the very first time at this year’s GRAMMYs and to get us prepared for it, he partnered with the Recording Academy to release a gospel rendition of his hit track “Come Down.”

Paak takes this party to church where him and a talented choir belt out an exciting performance of this winning track. The film was put together by Believe In Music, the campaign on behalf of the Recording Academy that celebrates the positive impact of music.

Here’s what Evan Greene, Chief Marketing Officer of the Recording Academy had to say:

“Our intention with this year’s brand campaign is to highlight the inspirational and motivational power of music and its positive impact in light of the challenging times that we face,” said Evan Greene, Chief Marketing Officer of the Recording Academy. “This latest spot in the series captures music’s undeniable force to connect us and bind us together through a shared, collective community. The Recording Academy strives to reinforce music’s ability to unify, and this film serves to powerfully amplify this message.”

Anderson .Paak is slated to perform alongside A Tribe Called Quest at this year’s show. You won’t want to miss it.
