Snoop Dogg and Wiz Khalifa’s current tour has had a couple of hiccups but the most notable was a railing collapse at the New Jersey stop that garnered the most attention. AP reports in the aftermath of the incident 17 of those injured at the show are filling a lawsuit against Snoop, Wiz and the venue stating they didn’t take enough precautions for safety.

The lawsuit was filed in Philadelphia court and was stated, by attorney Robert J. Mongeluzzi, to assist in preventing future incidents and deserve monetary compensation. There is currently no knowledge of what specific damages are being sought.

The report also stated the safety railing collapse occurred as rappers motion for fans to move toward the small stage, which was separated by a partition. The partition collapsed shortly after the show started on August 5th at the Camden BB&T Pavilion. Video from the incident went viral as the fans fell and the star duo were escorted off the stage.

Footage from the collapse can be seen below. Be sure to check back for further information regarding the case.
