The custody battle between Ciara and Future over their son baby Future has gotten quite ugly. Ciara has asked for full custody of their son, claiming that Future is unfit as a parent and not suitable to care for baby Future.

Well, it looks like Ciara won’t be getting her wishes. Earlier today, according to TMZ, a judge denied Ciara’s full custody request. Meanwhile, Future showed up and sought out joint custody of their son, which the judge agreed upon.

Generally speaking, California courts tend to favor joint custody, so there’s no surprise that the judge ruled this way.

TMZ caught Ciara after the hearing, who didn’t have a whole lot to say.
