Since the world lost music icon Prince, there’s been a whole lot of reminiscing taking place. Some publications have re-birthed lost cover stories and interviews, including this intriguing one with Rolling Stone about how Prince wanted to mentor Chris Brown.

A couple days ago, rare footage surfaced of Kendrick Lamar performing alongside the legend at Paisley Park, making for an iconic moment. K. Dot performed Crystal Ball cut “What’s My Name” and also added his own verse. Paisley Park and Yahoo! have finally released the footage, which we suggest everyone watches below.

It’s sad to know these kinds of moments will no longer happen with Prince, but we’ll continue to cherish these memories. Rest in Power, Prince.
