It’s been a while since we’ve seen a new episode of 2 Chainz and GQ’s Most Expensive Sh*t, but that changes today with the launch of season 3.

In light of Kobe Bryant’s final NBA game ever taking place tonight (April 13), Chainz decides to honor the Mamba by rocking a $38,000 Kobe Bryant fitted hat. Yes, $38,000.

The special edition hat has Kobe’s iconic “24” logo covered in 18-karat gold, with the bill of the hat made up of gold and python snakeskin. Chainz was also with New Era executive Emma Oldenkamp who sported a $24,000 cap with gold snakeskin, that also had five yellow diamonds for each of Kobe’s five championships.

Only eight of these limited edition hats are available at the team store at the Staples Center during Kobe’s last game. Despite the hefty price tag, we expect them to be sold.
