Brazos Music Hall was the hub for some of the hottest acts at SXSW when VIBE and Bud Light took over for their showcase at what they called the Bud Light Factory.

The event was headlined by Yo Gotti but carried a star-studded roster with the likes of the rising R&B star BJ The Chicago Kid, the multi-talented Anderson .Paak and more.

Fresh off the release of his new album, The Art of Hustle, Yo Gotti took the raucous crowd threw a collection of his greatest hits like “F-U,” “5 Star Bitch,” “Women Lie, Men Lie” and more before hopping into his recent singles ‘Law” and “Down in the DM.”

Bringing his Midwest soul to the show, BJ the Chicago Kid dazzled the crowd by showcasing singles from his In My Mind album and taking a stroll through memory lane giving snippets of his contributions to singles of ScHoolboy Q, Kendrick Lamar and Chance the Rapper.

Putting on display their friendship, BJ appeared during Anderson .Paak’s set to perform their collaborative effort “The Waters” before The Free Nationals, Paak’s band, joined the set for a trip through Malibu.

Hopping across the pond Little Simz brought out the energy early, while Earz infused the building with his sounds from the south. Nef The Pharaoh hit the stage to represent for the Bay Area, while Justine Skye held it down for the ladies delivering the vocals that are often raved about.
