The battle between Ciara and her ex-fiance Future has officially gone up a notch. The star singer has sued the rapper for $15 million for slander and libel, according to TMZ.

Following their split in 2014, things have been ugly for Ciara and Future, who also welcomed baby Future to the world prior to the breakup. Since the split, Future’s had some choice words for Ciara on multiple occasions, which has now led to this mega lawsuit.

In the suit, Ciara says that she’s given Future plenty of opportunities to see their son, despite what Future says. She also wants him to delete any and all negative tweets about her, which he has already done, and she also wants to prevent him from speaking about their son publicly anymore.
