J. Cole has been going hard on the mic for the past year, but it looks like he’s hit a huge milestone in his personal life.

The 2014 Forest Hills Drive rapper was sitting on a panel for the special #MLKNow event in NYC today, where he was having a very intriguing conversation with director Ryan Coogler.

The Creed filmmaker was speaking with the MC, when he suddenly revealed that Cole is now a married man. The rapper was only forced to admit that the news was true.

Cole has been dating his college sweetheart on and off for years since he graduated from St. John’s University in 2007, and it’s been rumored that the two were engaged.

We’re still not sure of when the two reportedly tied the knot, but we couldn’t be happier for the couple. See his reaction to the news being revealed by Ryan below.
