Politics is currently at an ultimate high. With the 2016 Presidential elections around the corner, politicians are fighting for votes like high school girls at a homecoming pageant. With all the excitement of choosing our next president, rapper Waka Flocka Flame has already launched a campaign with DJ Whoo Kid and Kanye West also announced, “I’ve decided in 2020 to run for president,” at the MTV Video Music Awards (August 2015).

Seriously, these days we need candidates who don’t make us want to move to Canada. We need candidates who know what it’s like to struggle, who experience first hand the issues in our communities, and who know how to have a good time!

Sure, their backgrounds may not be squeaky clean like the usual presidential candidates, but in this day in age we have corrupt police officers as well as Congressmen who are blinded by ignorance –is there such a thing as an “innocent politician”?
