by Staff Editor
Billboard 200 named Janet’s Unbreakable number one on their album charts.
The chart topper debuted October 2nd and ended the week with 116,ooo sold units. It was also Janet’s first “independent distributed album,” according to Billboard. It follows after her past number one pieces Discipline, All For You, The Velvet Rope, janet, Janet Jackson’s Rhythm Nation 1814, and Control.
Even though there hasn’t been much comment from the iconic songstress, the success is undeniably thrilling. Since her Unbreakable World Tour began in August, Janet’s tracks from her album have been making a lot of noise in the media.
Congratulations, Janet! Good luck with the rest of your tour.
