A few weeks back, Budden posted a snippet of this song on Instagram and it stirred some controversy because people speculated that it was an Eminem diss. Of course, Joey confirmed that those were not his intentions and that this is just an open letter to Em. He also talked about the meaning behind the title, stating that he used to be called “Mouse”.
