Straight Outta Compton has been on everyone’s minds and timelines these past weeks. Now, the OG gangsters of hip hop, Dr. Dre & Ice Cube, are creating even more buzz with their cover on RollingStone.

The men discussed a lot, including how Dre wasn’t sure, at first, about doing the movie because of fear of it being “corny.” It took talking to Ice Cube about the idea and seeing his vision to sell him on being a part of the movie making.

Ice Cube also chimed in to explain his views of their past criticism of lyrically disrespecting women. He held nothing back admitting that he doesn’t see what’s with all the fuss.

“If you’re a b*tch, you’re probably not going to like us. If you’re a h*, you probably don’t like us. If you’re not a h* or a b*tch, don’t be jumping to the defense of these despicable females. Just like I shouldn’t be jumping to the defense of no punks or no cowards or no slimy son of a b*tches that’s men. I never understood why an upstanding lady would even think we’re talking about her.”

Catch up on the rest of the interview to get details on Dr. Dre’s past incident with then girlfriend Michel’le and his work with Detox.
