Coming up as a Bay area rapper, Berner knew his city was being slept on. It was then, that he decided he was going to become the next big thing to come up from San Francisco, California.

What started off in a local coffee shop as a hobby in 2007, later became a dream come true for Berner. From raps battles to following the footsteps of his mentors, the Bay area rapper has definitely been putting his name up high.

As his story was slowly beginning to unfold, Berner released his first album as an independent artist in 2009, which lead to having a successful year with a total of five albums that year. It was right then and there that Berner was seen as a true-testament of his never-ending grind.

Once 2012 came around, Berner linked up with Wiz Khalifa as he was signed to the Taylor Gang Records. Since then, his success has taken the Internet by storm but, that’s not all Berner is doing, he’s also a multiple-entrepreneurial with several different companies.
