YG hopped on Hot 97 with Ebro to catch up on his upcoming album and more.

The Cali rapper let listeners know to look forward to his “west coast vibe” inspired Still Krazy. Although there is no official release date yet, he admitted that he is in the works with DJ Mustard, and it’s going to “be better than My Krazy Life.”

They later switched gears to talk about YG’s shooting incident at his studio. Thankfully, he was not critically injured. YG being the passionate artist he is, went straight back into the studio after being released from the hospital.

He even went on about his excitement of hearing about a Straight Outta Compton film in the making. So excited, he wanted to audition for a role in the movie. (No surprise. We all know how hard YG goes for California.)
