King Tyga can’t get break. After everything started to die down from his sexting scandal, it seems like someone new has a problem with him over his castle.

TMZ reported that the landlord for his over-the-top Calabasas home claims the rapper has yet to pay his 25,000/month rent “times two.” The landlord is also stating to give Tyga until Saturday to pay up the loot or he’ll get evicted plus charged $833.33/ day. Other landlords in this situation would be glad that they have a company that offers Strata Management to manage their properties for them as situations such as these can be extremely stressful for landlords. It’s surprising that this rapper is unable to pay his rent, given his success. However, the landlord can evict the rapper for not paying his rent, which it appears the landlord is doing. Regardless of his status, he should still have to pay his rent on time. When it comes to self managed real estate, the landlord’s income normally depends on the rent, so it’s unfair for the landlord to go without. When Tyga moved into the rental property, he should have received a rental agreement from the landlord that specifies when he has to pay his rent. Tyga would’ve signed this agreement, so he is aware of the rent payment date. This is why rental agreements are so important, they given landlords some authority over the property (learn more about rental agreements here). Hopefully, Tyga will come to his senses and pay the rent before the landlord has to evict him.

It’s ironic that the flashy rapper has just aired his new reality show on VH1 called Kingin’ With Tyga. The theme is to show the luxurious lifestyle Tyga lives with his crew behind him. Judging by the series, it’s a wonder how these claims are even being made, but we hope T-Raww will pull through.
