Well, it appears Diddy has avoided some serious trouble after his kettlebell incident at UCLA.

It’s being reported that the felony assault charges brought against Diddy for attacking UCLA football coach Sal Alosi have been dropped after the L.A. County D.A rejected the case. This means that Diddy’s three assault felony charges will be dropped, however he’s not completely scot-free. The case will now be turned over to the L.A. City Attorney, who has filed misdemeanor charges against the mogul. We’ll have to wait and see what develops from that.

For those who don’t know what happened, about a week and a half ago, Diddy was arrested for attacking football coach Sal Alosi with a kettlebell. What exactly happened was unknown, but we do know that Diddy was frustrated with the way Alosi was treating his son Justin Combs, who’s a defensive back for the UCLA Bruins. So, Diddy being Diddy, he let Alosi know how he feels. Let’s just hope he didn’t show him enough to get in serious legal trouble.

So, while Diddy’s not completely off the hook, he does have much to celebrate as the felony charges in particular have been dropped. Let’s see how the rest of this story plays out.
