Chris Brown might have been all smiles during this weekend’s BET Awards in L.A, but the singer just filled legal documents in Houston to establish paternity of his one-year-old daughter, Royalty.

According to XXL magazine, Breezy and his baby mama Nia Guzman have been on rocky terms over child support and custody demands, which is why Chris is asking a judge for full paternity.

Although, last month Chris celebrated Royalty’s first birthday by taking her to Disneyland, he since then has been denied the right to see his daughter.

Things haven’t been so well between Chris and Nia over the past couple of months, but we sure hope it all gets settled soon. – Lupe Looove
