What made you title your latest project No Filter?

JRI wasn’t really sure of a name. I usually just say what I want, so people around me kind of named it for me. They were just telling me that I don’t have a filter on my mouth so they kind of named it for me.

What was your favorite track to make?

JREvery new track I do is my favorite record for about a week until I’m not comfortable no more. But ‘M.I.A.’ was fun. I like ‘M.I.A.’. There’s another record called ‘Body’ that y’all haven’t hear yet. It’s crazy.

Are there any other radio singles we can look out for?

JRThe next one we got right now is the remix [‘I’m Just Sayin’ remix] that actually just dropped in New York recently. I got the remix down with Nelly and Tiffany Foxx and that’s going crazy…Nelly hosted it in the VIP Room and said they played it back 5 times.

What is your top goal for 2015?

JRA realistic goal for 2015 is making sure everybody knows the name. That’s it. Whether it’s through records, whether it’s through our promo, our brand, etc. Myself, our brand, got to be the focus for the rest of 2015.

Dead or Alive: Who is one artist you would love to collaborate with?

JRI would want to do something with like Lauryn Hill or India Arie. Somebody out of left field that nobody would think I would do a record with.
