Bobby Shmurda’s case just keeps getting messier. We previously reported the Brooklyn rapper was facing time behind bars after he was busted for gun and drug trafficking charges. More unpleasant news comes our way after HipHop Wired reported that Bobby’s girlfriend Kimberly Rausseau plead guilty to promoting contraband and criminal possession of a weapon. Rausseau is due back in court next month in August.

With that said, Kenneth Alexander, attorney to Bobby Shmurda, recently updated us on his case and cleared up some rumors in an interview with Doggie Diamonds and although, Bobby Shmurda has not plead guilty over any of his charges, a date for his trial has been set for October 5, 2015.
