It appears that Tyga will be headed to court as the mother of his son Blac Chyna is attempting to receive full custody of their son King Cairo. TMZ reports that Blac Chyna hired a top divorce lawyer adding to the forthcoming time to be spent in court.

Blac Chyna is willing to grant Tyga visitation on the weekends but doesn’t like that Tyga is dating a minor in Kylie Jenner and believe that it would not be good to have her around her son.

If that’s not enough Blac Chyna will also be seeking child support, which will extend to cover the necessities of housing, food, clothing, nannies and school.
