Kanye West has been honored at many ceremonies in his lengthy career, but today is pretty special, as he is receiving his honorary doctorate degree.

The Yeezus rapper/producer is attending the graduation ceremonies of the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, where he will be given the award for his impact on hip-hop, and the world of art and music.

This is definitely a big moment for `Ye, as his first album was themed after his decision to drop out of college, and later on titling his third studio album Graduation.
