Frank Ocean is revving up the exclusive interviews for his new magazine Boys Don’t Cry, which shares the title of his anticipated album. The internet caught the tea after video director/photographer Nabil posted an Instagram photo with The creator of all things Based — Lil B. After a little social media digging by The Fader, Nabil revealed that the shoot was in fact for a spread for Frank Ocean’s upcoming magazine.

Ocean, who legally changed his name to his musical persona, is showcasing his journalistic chops by conducting the exclusive interview himself.

About a month ago, Frank revealed on his Tumblr page that his sophomore album Boys Don’t Cry is set to release in July. It’s safe to say that we can expect the same for the magazine’s release.
