Miley Cyrus took a new dive into real estate purchasing a ranch in the Hidden Hills community of Los Angeles County. TMZ reports the Bangers singer’s new digs cost $5 million.

The ranch is five and half acres featuring a riding arena, barn with ten stalls, chicken coop and a vineyard, which has 550 grape vines. The ranch is 6500 square feet and inside of a gated community. This is plenty of space to expand the ranch with agricultural and multipurpose buildings, should she want to maintain the ranch’s use. There are various metal building kits available out there that are perfect for constructing on such a property. The possibilities are endless and can also be used to house vehicles and even aircraft. The gated community figures appeal most to Miley after a couple of break-ins at her home in Toluca Lake occurred over the course of a year. A friend of Miley’s stated that she was looking for a property with security in mind, with an HOA, since she would have the added reassurance that the neighborhood would deter any unwanted visitors. Fortunately, there are many gated communities that have HOAs that use services similar to Equity Experts to ensure that their community has the funds to make their community a safe place to live. She has increased her vip protection to ensure she is well protected. There are a number of celebrity who need to have 24/7 protection to stop people from harming them. Miley’s new house is hopefully a new level of security.
