Kanye West PHotographer

Remember in 2013 when Kanye West assaulted a photographer at LAX? He pled no contest to the charge, which turned into a civil suit but is now officially behind Yeezus. According to TMZ Mr. West was able to bury the hatchet between he and the photographer, Daniel Ramos, by simply apologizing.

Ramos and West had a meeting in which the “All Day” rapper expressed his apologies and the civil lawsuit was settled. Lawyer Gloria Allred, who represented Ramos, stated that the case delivered an “important message.”

“Celebrities are not above the law and they have no right to physically attack someone simply because they were asked a question,” Allred stated.

While the civil suit is now over Kanye West is still on probation from the case.

this is such an absurd comment. paparazzi do wayyy more than just simply ask celebrities questions. they stalk their lives and make it dangerous for them to go out in public. It’s more of the Paparazzi acting above the law than it is the celebrities.
