According to TMZ, Dame Dash and Kanye West are being sued over their latest joint venture. Michael Medina, a member of a New York City rap group named Loisaidas, plans to take legal action over Dash’s film by the same name.

Medina claims that the film’s inclusion of violence and drugs have tarnished the “Loisaidas” name, which is reportedly a label used to identify residents of NYC’s Lower East Side. Medina hopes that a judge will intervene and halt production of the film and force Dash to pay damages.
