A few weeks ago, Dame Dash visited The Breakfast Club for a very intense interview, that Twitter is still talking about. But now, the internet is buzzing about a visit from Dash’s son, Boogie Dash Jr., and business partner Luke Pascal. Throughout the interview, they talk about Dame’s “Boss” talk, how they started their cookie business – Chipz Cookies Co.

When Charlamagne asked Boogie what it’s like creating their own business at such a young age, he said, “[Other kids] hustle is probably more than ours. We got it easy because our fathers paved the way for us. We met a bunch of kids who were hustling just like us. And just keep pushing. All because somebody says “no” one time, doesn’t mean that you fail and stop. Business is that you fail a lot until you get successful. You don’t hit one out the park. We’ve been doing this for over 5 years.”

The “Cookies” bakery is not the only business Dash Jr. and Pascal own, they also own “Bunz” restaurant, with the help of both their fathers. Luke is the son of restauranteur ‘Vincent Pascal,’ and met Boogie in college. Luke shared, “The only reasons why we are sitting here is our fathers and our partner’s fathers.”

This is definitely what Dame Dash meant when he said “hustle for your last name.” Check out what the 23 year old bosses had to say about their business and getting their start up money from college parties in oil factories, Dame Dash instilling the concept of “being” a boss to Boogie since a young age, and much more on the next page.
