A court date has been set for a sex tape that 50 Cent allegedly leaked onto the internet in 2009, according to the New York Daily News. The sex tape featured Lastonia Leviston, then girlfriend and mother to the children of Rick Ross, who 50 was in a beef with at the time.

Proceedings are expected to take place in June of this year after a Manhattan judge denied the request to dismiss the charges. In his deposition, 50 Cent, also known as Curtis Jackson III, claims that he was given the tape by Maurice Murray, who’s featured in the video.

The video was then leaked onto YouTube with the image of Jackson in place of Murray and received up to 3.2 million views. Leviston is suing Jackson for emotional distress and the video being released without her consent. While both attorneys prepare for trial, the jury selection is scheduled to take place on May 26.
