Rick Ross decides to trade in the sunshine for a much cooler location in his new visual for “Movin’ Bass.”

Jay-Z is featured on the single, but does not appear in the official music video for Ross’ latest single off of his recent album Hood Billionaire. Because of that (potentially), Ross decides to take it to Hov’s territory, traveling around a wintry New York City in his white Maybach. Just because Mr. Carter doesn’t have a cameo in the video, doesn’t mean others can’t – Rozay brings in Stalley, A$AP Ferg, French Montana, Wale, Juelz Santana and more to make an appearance.
