Despite being behind bars, Bobby Shmurda tried to call into Hot 97 last week, but the phone lines cut out only a few minutes into their talk. We originally thought the police interrupted the call because of the things Bobby was talking about, but later found out that it was a technical issue with Hot 97.

Anyway, today Bobby and his right hand man Rowdy Rebel called back in to Hot 97 to discuss their current prison bid, when they think they’ll get out and if Epic Records is really helping or not. During the conversation, Bobby discredited his “uncle” who claimed to put up the bail money for Bobby. He also said that Meek Mill has been the only rapper to reach out and that he was desperately trying to get in touch with 50 Cent and G-Unit for management help. Shmurda goes on to say that the cops have been targeting him since the beginning since he’s becoming popular and that he’s starting to achieve success.
