Last summer, GQ released their cover with Kanye West, and in the spirit of “Yeezy Season” the magazine decided to release the behind-the-scenes footage of the affair.

Throughout the visual, you will see Kanye working with GQ creative director Jim Moore, and photographer Patrick Demarchelier for the perfect look. Moore stated that he and Kanye spent eight hours together, scouring 60 racks of clothing for the cover shoot, reviewing reference photos and then perfecting everything twice over.

The behind-the-scenes footage is further proof how hands-on and creative Kanye is when it comes to product, styling and appearance.
