We undoubtedly want to hear what new besties Taylor Swift and Kanye West would sound like on a track. While we scrape together all poignant possibilities, Taylor informs us that we aren’t there yet.

After reports ran the rumor mill that the frenemies were caught in the studio after letting bygones be bygones at this year’s Grammy awards, Noise 11 reported that their first collaboration would be a remix to Swift’s “Bad Blood.”

Just as we may have gotten a few hours to rejoice, the pop star wrote on her Tumblr page that this was simply not happening. “None of this is true,” she wrote.

What is true, however, is that the Brit Awards are today – she dutifully reminded – where Ye was recently announced to be making an appearance.
