Cue a video for a segment of “Where Are They Now,” the young girl known for her pigtails and innate dance ability is all grown up. Alyson Stoner has not forgotten who opened a few doors for her back in the day and to show her gratitude she is using her ability to kill choreo to offer thanks.

With a medley of Missy Elliott’s tunes playing in the background, Alyson with a crew of dancers both young and adult show off some moves. “I dedicate this video to Missy Elliott. Thank you Missy for the opportunity to dance for you and now carve a path of my own,” she said at the end of the video.
